Hi, I’m Maria, a bilingual Licensed Associate Counselor passionate about helping people find healing, purpose, and peace. I believe therapy should feel like a safe collaboration where you can slow down, explore what’s been weighing on you, and make sense of your story at your own pace. I was drawn to this work after witnessing the powerful transformation that happens when someone feels truly seen and supported. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and rooted in curiosity and compassion. Outside of sessions, I enjoy trying new recipes, watching a good TV show, or going on walks with my dog, Honey.
