Ana Eldridge
Bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor & Founder

Hey, I’m Ana Eldridge, a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Vida Collective Counseling. Since starting Vida Collective, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients move from survival mode into a place of clarity, confidence, and connection. Many come to therapy feeling like they’ve “tried everything,” and together we work more deeply to create lasting change that feels both practical and personal. I’ve also worked alongside schools, community organizations, and other professionals to make bilingual mental health care more accessible. Outside the therapy room, you’ll usually find me chasing my little one, enjoying a good cafecito, or rearranging my office to create spaces that feel calm and inspiring.

More about me
